1: CaterCalc Setup
Yes, setup will take effort on your part. You will need to add your recipes, ingredients, portion sizes and ingredient costs. You will also need to add things like sales tax rates and labor.
2: Menu Creation
Once the system setup is complete, it is time to create your menu options. The menu options will be what your clients will select from with the retail price calculated automatically based on the cost and your desired profitability.
3: Take orders!
When CaterCalc is setup and the menu is decided, you are ready for business. Seriously, you can now start taking orders in CaterCalc. Our system will calculate and layout the invoice, and then the REAL magic happens!
