All offerings and prices are described on the applicable sales pages at purchase.

Refunds & Cancellations

· Digital products: All sales are final upon access delivery.

· Workshops: All sales are final; credits/rescheduling at our discretion as stated on the sales page.

· Coaching & Bootcamps: Commitment terms are stated on the program page/contract; no refunds or early cancellations.

Compatibility

Our tools are built to utilize free versions of software (e.g., Google Sheets, free Canva). Excel is not supported and there are no current plans to add Excel compatibility.

Payment Plans; Failed Payments

By selecting a plan, you authorize all scheduled charges. Failed payments may suspend access. We may automatically retry and/or accelerate the remaining balance after a stated grace period.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first to resolve billing issues. Access logs and delivery records constitute proof of delivery. Unauthorized chargebacks may be referred to collections.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for providing accurate tax information where required.

Support (Scope & SLA)

· Email support is limited to account access, payment issues, and verified product defects.

· Application support is provided through our community groups (peer support + moderators).

· Response times (America/New_York): Mon–Thu: within 24 hours. Fri–Sun: within 48 hours. U.S. federal holidays observed.

· Priority support for coaching/bootcamps per purchase contract.

Governing Law & Venue

Maine law governs. Venue is the state or federal courts in Androscoggin County, Maine.
