· Payments are handled by our processor; we do not store full card numbers.

· Communications you send us (email, forms).

· Community interactions happen in our GoModern community and are subject to GoModern’s policies.

How We Use Data

To deliver purchases, provide support, maintain security, improve our offerings, and send educational or product emails if you opt in.

What We Don’t Do

· We do not sell or share personal information (as “sell” and “share” are defined under California law), and we have not in the last 12 months.

· We do not run cross-context behavioral advertising.

· We do not market to anyone under 18.

· Our services are not directed to children under 13; if we learn we collected such data, we will delete it.

Your Choices

· Unsubscribe from emails any time via the link in our emails.

· Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We’ll verify your request and respond in a reasonable timeframe.

Depending on your location, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law. We honor valid requests consistent with those laws.

Data Retention

· Orders/tax records: 7 years

· Support tickets: 2 years after closure

· Program recordings (if any): program duration + 12 months
