I understand that I am going to be given a 25% discount on the VIP Seize Your Biz Coaching Program in exchange for my participation in the Case Study Program if I am accepted.

I understand that I am still expected to pay for the VIP Seize Your Biz Coaching Program with the discount upfront if selected.

I commit to completing biweekly feedback on the program during the first 3 months. In return I will be given 2 extra weekly 1:1 office hours (15-minute calls) every month in exchange for my participation for the duration of the 3-month feedback program. I will also participate in fact checking of the Case Study prior to publishing. While I understand that it will be put together by Seize Your Day Coaching, factually incorrect information can be flagged by me for correction.

I understand that if I participate by doing assignments, providing timely feedback, and allowing Seize Your Day Coaching to have a release on my business data and feedback (my business name and identifying data will not be released) for the case study, I am being given three months of free access. If I fail to participate as defined above, I will be in breach of contract for the discount, and my program length will be adjusted accordingly. For a 25% discount, lack of participation in the program will cut my 12-month membership to 9 instead. I will be given two warnings, with each warning giving me up to 10 days to correct any issues related to the warning. The 3rd warning will trigger my removal from the pilot program. If, after any warning, the issue is not resolved within the 10-day correction period, that will also trigger my removal from the pilot program.

I understand that I am under no obligation to provide a review at the end of this pilot, but it would be really appreciated.
