We do not support Excel. There are two reasons for this. First, we are committed to avoiding hidden costs, so we've opted to utilize free platforms. A Gmail account is free and provides an extensive range of tools, storage, email, and more. The second reason we don't support Excel is that our full-service tool, CaterCalc, has functionality where the code in Google Sheets differs significantly from the code in Excel, based on how each application operates. We only wanted to maintain one code base, and so we selected Google Sheets, the free tool accessible to anyone.

Your purchase that includes any software tool, is for you or your business only for internal use. No resale or sharing. However, we would be thrilled if you shared our site and your friends can get their own free copy of Seize Your Goals.

Our email support, [email protected], is for account and access issues. Our business days are Monday - Thursday and we offer 24 hours response time on those days. Friday - Sunday, we aim for 48-hour response time.

For other issues, we strongly suggest you join the free communities that you are invited to based upon your purchase with us. Peer support happens in those groups, as does a stronger administrator presence for support. Our coaching programs provide additional support channels and service levels per their contracts.

Digital products are non-refundable once access is delivered. Coaching and bootcamps do not offer refunds either but will provide additional support as needed to keep you on track as long as you are completing your assignments and participating in the program. More details are provided on the individual contracts.
