Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeizeYourDayCoaching.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

License for Personal or Business Use

Products, templates, and tools are licensed to either (a) one (1) individual for personal, non-commercial use, or (b) one (1) legal entity for its internal business use. No resale, sharing outside your household (for personal licenses) or outside your company (for business licenses), sublicensing, redistribution, posting source files, or offering our materials as your own. Use in paid client deliverables requires a separate license if and when offered.

No User Posts on This Site

We do not provide posting or upload features on SeizeYourDayCoaching.com. Community posts/uploads are hosted in our GoModern community and are subject to GoModern’s terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site are owned or licensed by Seize Your Day Coaching and are protected by applicable IP laws.

Compatibility & Software

Our tools are built to utilize free versions of software available to you (for example: Google Sheets, free Canva, and other free Google apps). At this time, we have no plans to support Excel or other paid software, because the code and features used in our tools are not compatible between Google Sheets and Excel.

Support & Service Levels (Summary)

· Email Support (account & defects only): For account access, billing/payment issues, or verified product defects.

· Application Support (how-to/usage): Provided in our product-specific community groups via peer support and moderator guidance.

· Response Times (America/New_York): Mon–Thu (business days): within 24 hours. Fri–Sun: within 48 hours. U.S. federal holidays observed.

· Priority Support (Coaching & Bootcamps): Provided per the applicable program terms (e.g., faster moderator responses, private channels, 1:1 channels).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seize Your Day Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

Dispute Resolution

Before starting any formal process, we agree to attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. If unresolved, the parties will participate in non-binding mediation in Maine. If still unresolved, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court or in the state or federal courts in Androscoggin County, Maine. Maine law governs. No arbitration is required, and no class-action waiver is included.
